what should the supreme court 'Look Like'?
ideally, if this were star trek or utopia, or even a real democracy, wouldn't the supreme court look like all the people of america? an actual representation of every spectrum of society, not just stuffy, pompous, well connected, wealthy, mostly white, mostly male attorneys.

what about having an asian on the supreme court? or a black woman?
or, a navajo, or cherokee or crow? maybe even a little person, or a disabled representative. too far fetched? what about a poor, but deserving and qualified person? without getting too silly with it, it's a concept worth postulating one's brain upon.

do the bozos currently sitting there, in their ominous black robes, sour faces, job secure, overpaid as they are, do they really represent we, the people?
