I was just watching the protestors on C-span 2

and the cameras showed the rows and rows of police and I was wondering what they must be thinking about all this.

Bush has done nothing to help most of our First Responders since 9/11. I know, because my brother is one. He's a fireman and also works for his local ambulance service. He's talked about how they have had cuts in their budgets(thanks to Shrub) and he said most of them voted for Kerry.

So I have to wonder what these men and women who are lined up 2, 3 and 4 deep must think about having to protect a man who hasn't done a damn thing to help them protect our country.

2. When I was protesting before the elections, one of the cops

pointed out the cameras to us from a local TV station and said "There's your audience. Make it good." Then she smiled and winked and went back to looking all flat-affect.

It was great. Some of them do support us!
