Creationist Files Frivilous Lawsuit
A Creationist seeking to introduce anti-evolutionary teachings to his local schools is suing the district, claiming he was denied his civil rights by not receiving a fair hearing from the school board.

The School Board President wonders what planet this dude is living on. "I believe we discussed Mr. Caldwell's proposal at eight separate meetings. If he is alleging that he was denied an opportunity to be heard, I'm surprised."

Apparently eight nights wasted is not enough for the fundes. It's enough to make you believe in tort reform.

2. not frivilolus
<em>Newdow</em>, while maybe not the most strategic of litigation, is by no means frivilous. A frivilous suit is one where no reasonable court could possibly rule for the plaintiff. Seeing as the 9th Circuit sided with him, Newdow must have done something right.
