Hospital Has A Shoeshine Saint
Albert Lexie spends nearly his entire workday, kneeling — his head bowed.

And that's fitting, since so many people around Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh — call this shoeshine man, a saint, reports CBS News Correspondent Lee Cowan.

"Nobody does it better than Albert," said medical director Eugene Wiener.

He's been polishing doctor's shoes here for more than 20 years — executives too.<snip>

2. i saw this tonight on the cbs news, and it made me smile....
there are angels among us! What a kind and gentle soul this man is, with a wonderfully giving spirit. Did you hear the hospital administrator say that Albert donates more, percentage wise, of his salary, than anyone at the hospital? This gentleman only makes $3 per shoeshine, and all his tips everyday go as donations to the hospital. So far, he has donated over $97,000 to the hospital. Hospital says he is single largest donor. What a remarkable spirit! May he be richly blessed for all he does for the children...
