Cheney: Hey Donald, don't you give our troops enough armor?

Rummy: I sure do, but they are always complaining that it isn't enough.

Cheney: Hey Negroponte, come here for a second.

John Negroponte: Yeah?

Cheney: Help us out with Iraq.

Negroponte: OK, I'll start you guys out with some Death Squads so, I'm going to need Bush to portray them as American loving Freedom Fighters.

Rummy: Hundreds of civilians and dead and civil war has broken out.

Cheney: When did we start caring about civilians?

Rummy: Oh, yeah!

Cheney: We need to profit from this somehow.

Rummy: I know a guy who can help us, he is currently in US custody, he's named Saddam Hussein.
