magazines, porno, Books, and comics while there is a war, little or large, being fought? I mean there are troops being killed for our freedom and we just sit and watch TV. Perhaps we should annoint ourselves with ash and wander the streets wailing and wearing nothing but sack cloth?

football and golf and basketball are the only forms of pointless entertainment that people enjoy while our troops are dying. To say that the world series is more harmful and frivolous than "Gigli" or any other movie for that matter is beyond reason.

That being said, of course this is a pointless discussion. People need to be entertained.

and um... WMDs do exist. The US has a gigantic stockpile of them out in Nevada.

They just don't exist in Iraq.

9. And of course that's what I meant.
It just wouldn't have been quick enough to be truly witty to say "What you mean that they don't exist IN IRAQ." I honestly didn't feel that the clarification was necessary. Thank you for pointing it out. And is it really that bad, I mean, have you seen it? Is the gobble gobble scene really in the movie?

10. My hazmat suit was at the dry cleaners on opening weekend
so I didn't see it.

Which is strange because I am drawn to cinematic effluent like a blowfly to metropolital effluent. I laughed (and groaned) my way through Glitter, which, were it to be shown on a double bill with Gigli would probably signal the beginning of Ragnarok.

12. Oh man Showgirls...
WHEW!!!!! It took years of therapy to get that memory suppressed.

I think they ushers asked me to leave when I was trying to shove dollar bills in Gina Gerson's garter. It was either that of the non stop laughter.

Hell, let's make it a quadro-bill and throw The Lonely Lady up there too... That would guarantee to bring about armageddon.
