1. A complete joke
The recall makes me and my fellow Californians look like idiots to the rest of the world. The recall is wrong, it is ridiculous, and it needs to be stopped. What a circus!

2. Stupid.
It just goes to show that some people have too much money. Those guys who were able to plunk down the $3,500 to run know they don't have a chance, but are doing it anyway to confuse the matter because in their little self-centered world they can always go live in Europe if things get bad here. Better they should have given the money to a homeless shelter or even to their housekeeper, who probably needs it more than their egos do.

As you can tell I am pretty pissed off about the whole thing.

4. It's hypocrisy at its finest
Republicans tell us to get over election 2000, and now here they are not accepting this simple fact: Gray Davis WON the election last November.
He has done NOTHING worth of him being kicked out of office. This is just republican tactics trying to circumvent Democracy :argh:

3. the media is a bunch of whores
the more i pay attention the less i blame arnold. the guy comes across as nice and wanting to do well (whether it's true or not). can't really blame him for what he is doing. the whore media not focusing on the issues and issa paying for the recall and other important matters is the problem. especially with their blaming davis for energy problems without a mention of asshole cheney's meetings with execs and the records he will not release. if the media had focused on real issues i don't think arnold would have ran or even considered it. with the media being whores there is less expectation from him .

6. Arnold
OK even though he is a American whould you want somebody who's father was a Nazi SS Intelligents officer as your Governor because you never know when he is going to turn evil if he wins. Just like Bush he is a evil man and im glad that he is down on the popular chart and on the shit list. Still Bush is pretty much a Nazi the way he is acting and if Arnold wins which he won't would he turn into a Nazi like are good good President?

9. So if Davis keeps his job shouldn't Californians
get a petition together to present the bill for the election to Issa and Schwarzenegger? I mean why do we the taxpayer have to pay for this? None of us wanted it. So 800,000 freepers signed the recall petition that's only 800,000 out of 34 million Californians. This is nothing more than an attempt at a coup. The assholes should pay for it.

It could become a regular healthy special election. But no - Arnold and almost 200 other clowns had to run, and the Dems had to paint a legitimate attempt to recall a governor whose approval rates hit rock bottom and have started digging as an anti-democratic move. Sheesh. If only the field were as it was in July, with only Camejo and a handful of wingnuts in the race...
