In Lafayette, LA some vandals tried to stop "Black Friday" by gluing the locks 200 locks on dozens of businesses, including main entrances, rear doors and employee entrances. The locksmith had his first job at about 5 a.m. Friday and had to make his way to the front door lock at Old Navy _ by pushing through about 500 shoppers waiting outside.

"According to Lafayette Police they have no suspects but they are investigating the vandalism as cases of possible criminal mischief or criminal damage to property, both misdemeanors, Lt. Angelo Iorio said."
Or could it be a message from disgruntled people living in the Red States.
