Where are the people for the people.....who have money?
It seems to me that the only way someone is gonna make a difference in the USA is to pay people to get off there Freakin Lazy A$$es....it boggles my mind that there are not more out there speaking up..I mean the ones with the money are silent? It is the unwealthy(and very little wealthy) that make donations to all of the groups out there! Where is the Voice? There should be a road trip that goes around the country to every single state shouting out about the Injustice of the War,the criminal activity of the Government in power, the removal of the peoples civil rights...need I go on...there is lots and lots of voices on the NET but only small amounts of people(like Bev Harris and her crew for example) working for everyone else's rights....

I guess I should be one to talk as I sit and type this...I feel that humans today are too rapped up about trying to live eh?...I guess my real question is where do we go from here? Is it possible to live in a world without war? Can there be peace? (if someone can tell me yes to that question, then when?) The only way I see it is Money is the route of ALL EVIL. As long as we live in a world that uses money as leverage and power, we will always live with a leash around our necks.

So then....as I said above - WHATS NEXT?

I want to be free....and I am thinking that there is no where on this earth that that would be possible...Please prove me wrong!!! I beg you!!! Show me the way?

I am apologizing now to anyone that I may have offended in any way regarding my post. I do truly love all!! I am a free spirit who has been in the shadow lately!

1. Fight greed and fear.
Right now, i think the Left needs new leadership. They've fucked us over by selling themselves over to the corporate establishment (Liberals in Canada and Democrats in US). We need to be more militant in our convictions. I'm a progressive and a member of the NDP and I'm not to happy even with these guys. We gotta take the fight to the enemy, maybe hang a few neocons here and there to sent those fuckers a message.

2. It's all about money now.
Everyone's doing what they're paid to do.

Everyone.

3. I've been wondering, too, where are those with substantial money
to help out with recount fees? In particular, I was thinking about Michael Moore & the lengths he went to in order for "Fahrenheit 9-11" to be seen by everyone. He wanted Bushitler out of office so badly that he sacrificed huge potential profits so that as many people as possible could see the real Bushitler.

If he could afford to overlook future profits & if he was that desperate to get this dictator out of office, (1) WHY IS HE SILENT NOW and (2) WHY ISN'T HE HELPING TO FUND THE RECOUNTS (which would be pocket change for him)?

5. MM has done all he can. We can't expect him to save the world.
His on our side and anyone blasting him is crossing the line in my book.

6. Didn't mean to cross anyones line!!
My comment was not meant to imply that I did expect MM to save the world...I was just saying that it seems to me that there is a void in the movement lately...I think MM is an excellent person who is doing a hell of a lot more than I am or others I know...I was just starting to feel like, should I say it, GIVING UP? What the hell is wrong with me, anyways!

Your comment has brought me to tears...I am way tooooo sensitive...and I mean no harm...emotions running a little high I think...I need a hug!!

7. I wish i can give you a hug.
Whatever you do don't give up. We defiantly need time to regroup and think things over again. I'm confident the Left will make it through this difficult time.

9. Sorry, Crazy Canadian...
I should have qualified my statement to include my huge respect, admiration, & gratitude for Michael Moore's work.

I've been wondering about the "group think" of our Democratic leadership, that everyone has been amazingly, uncharacteristically quiet about Bushitler's "victory". Michael Moore is a perfect example, considering how vocal & outspoken he was during the last two years. For MM to be holding his tongue, something must be happening behind the scenes.

I adore Michael Moore. :)
