My message to the warmongers / war profiteers and gleeful cheerleaders

"And I hope that you die
And your death'll come soon
I will follow your casket
In the pale afternoon
And I'll watch while you're lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I'll stand o'er your grave
'Til I'm sure that you're dead"

Bob Dylan, Masters of War

1. Some say you meet your Maker when you die
Sufis say you are always in the presence of God. Puts a different light on a lot of things.

2. Couldn't have said it better myself!
I still haven't heard the song and the first time I read the song/poem was two weeks ago. A friend of mine showed me his book of Dylan's poems and such and after reading that particular one, I said outloud "wow, was that powerful!". He looked at me and asked, "let me guess, Masters of War?". I said, "how'd you know?" and he said, "cause it's one of my favorites of all time." It's amazing the impact those lines can have. I just wish this administration could comprehend the simplicity of those words.

3. What makes me wonder...

...is why we can post Dylan's lyrics that say this, but if we want to say something similar in our own words the thread gets locked down. To a certain extent, I can understand, I guess. But the thought is the same.
