14. Wouldn't be prudent...
... to tell Chimpy McCodpiece, know what I mean? Junior's just like Ronnie "The Great Alzheimicator" Reagan: best to keep him out of the loop.

6. Senior criticized Junior
Didn't junior admit that Daddy had warned him-- rather heatedly-- not to invade Iraq?

My guess is that there are some major fireworks in the Bush household and I bet its starting to take on a real Oedipus quality, too.

7. Tony Blair was behind it
Blair was told the only way he'll get a position in the Carlyle Group when he loses the election next year is if he opens one up himself.

Blair took it to mean he had to bump off an existing member.

And you don't think Blair is going to take out countryman John Majors, do you?

12. The Carlyle Group?
Pardon my ignorance, but what is that? Anything like the Bilderberg Group?

I sincerely doubt that Blair is going to "take out" anyone, least of all Major. Major's a walking advertisement for the Labour Party. He put Blair where he is today.

20. online docu about Carlyle:
Documentary "The Iron Triangle" about the Carlyle Group, online viewing (realmedia)
Dutch subtitles, mostly english spoken.

Carlyle is a private investment bank specialized in all things related to war.

"...The entire top of Carlyle was there: Frank Carlucci, James Baker, David Rubenstein, and Shafiq bin Laden on behalf of the Bin Laden family. All of them were watching the events of 9-11.
...
The Bin Laden family had ties with Carlyle long before president Bush started working for Carlyle.
...
Carlyle didn't directly own the company. Vinnell was purchased by BDM, a company where Carlyle had a majority share. Vinnell advised and trained the Saudi national guard.
...
The national guard has to protect the monarchy against internal threats... To the extent that the monarchy had reason to fear the Saudi population, this company aided in suppressing any rebellion."

"With its ability to discern the impact of government regulatory and spending changes, Carlyle has been successful in identifying investment opportunities before they become evident to other investors. This advantage provides Carlyle with proprietary deal flow and limited price competition....With detailed industry knowledge, transactions are often shown to Carlyle before entering the public domain and account for many of the Carlyle transactions executed on a negotiated, non-auction basis."

tangent: Riyadh suicide bombings target Vinnell

"President Bush characterized the May 12 suicide bombing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as being carried out by "killers whose only faith is hate."; In fact, the devastating attack was a calculated, political act that was probably not orchestrated by al Qaeda and not directed primarily against the United States.
...
Both the recent bombings and the 1995 attack were made against the same target. This was the Vinnell Corp., a Fairfax, Va., company recently acquired by Northrop-Grumman that trains the 80,000 member Saudi Arabian National Guard under the supervision of the U.S. Army."

13. I believe it was first used to denigrate Dan Quayle
Bush Sr had heart trouble in office, and it was asked "do you want Quayle to be a heartbeat from the presidency?"

10. If you look at hostory, when Poppy and Babs pass down to Hell, the kids
will be "less restrained in their vices and corruption", shall we say?

It happened to Tiberius when Livia died. It happened to Nero when Aggripina died.

I have no doubt it has happened in many cultures, many lands.

The Imperial Subjects of Amerika may get another rude awakwening, probably their thrid or fourth at that time, when Poppy and Babs pass away

19. Bush Sr. takes swipes at Jr. through Scowcroft and Eagleberger.
He can't do it himself so he sends them to do the dirty work.

There's a lot of animosity there...
