Are the wingnut talking head women guilty of "Deliberate Childlessness"?
Shouldn't Ann Coulter, Monica Crowley and Laura Ingraham find husbands, have some kids and start following god's most serious wishes? Time to get on the stick ladies!

I was reading this article posted here today http://www.christianpost.com/dbase/editorial/173/section/1.htm
Then it dawned on me that there are some within their ranks that ought to set the example.

3. she can hire a rent-a-womb
I'm sure there are poor women who need the money. I mean, she and her husband have helped wreak the economy enough to ensure the supply.

11. The Rules Won't Apply to Ann or Laura.
The rules will not apply to the "faithful", only to the sheep that follow without question.

As for my wife and I , we cannot have children, so I guess I will sharpen my shooting skills with many hours of practice. With practice comes the ability to make all of my shots count.

Nice way to prove your point. I know four year olds who can debate better than that.

12. Gosh, they are a tolerant bunch aren't they?
"Christians must recognize that this rebellion against parenthood represents nothing less than an absolute revolt against God's design."
"The Scripture does not even envision married couples who choose not to have children. The shocking reality is that some Christians have bought into this lifestyle and claim childlessness as a legitimate option. The rise of modern contraceptives has made this technologically possible. But the fact remains that though childlessness may be made possible by the contraceptive revolution, it remains a form of rebellion against God's design and order.

Couples are not given the option of chosen childlessness in the biblical revelation. To the contrary, we are commanded to receive children with joy as God's gifts, and to raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We are to find many of our deepest joys and satisfactions in the raising of children within the context of the family. Those who reject children want to have the joys of sex and marital companionship without the responsibilities of parenthood. They rely on others to produce and sustain the generations to come."

13. Geez, news flash
We seem to have provided for a generation to come already. "Be fruitful and multiply" was an order given to the "first" man and woman. We seem to have accomplished this and then some. We can stop now, as our burgeoning numbers and inability to share threaten to overwhelm the balance of nature.

Fundy idiots.

15. My fiance and I are not having children.
He's fixed, at my request. I guess that makes us selfish bastards.

All I can say is, I guess they could get me pregnant against my will so I can fulfill my real duty as a woman. *gag*

But they better send somebody to watch over me 24 hours a day for the next 18 years, because as soon as I get one free hour, I'm taking the kid down to the nearest Social Services agency and dropping him/her off for adoption by some person who actually _wants_ a child. If the fundies think I'm joking about that, they can try me. I would go to jail before I would raise a child I didn't voluntarily conceive.

I have to say that this article is one of the most deeply offensive things I've read today. This kind of crap makes me sick to my stomach.
