2. Congressman Miller, CA.
and is he pissed off! Ranting eloquently about how the Repubs in Congress are trying to take over the government and starve it, and how they try to sneak some of their Big Brother provisions through in huge omnibus bills, hoping nobody will notice, like they tried to do with the provision that would have allowed Congress to have access to anybody's tax returns. You could tell he was just furious.
