It's time rich Democrats started to buy TV stations
I think George Soros, Teresa Heinz and some of the other rich Democrats should start buying up television stations, like Sinclair has done. We need a counterweight to Fox and the rest of the right-wing media. Lord knows there are Democrats with plenty of money. They need to put it to good use.

1. methinks AAR is just the begining
the experiment is flourishing.

Patience, little one, patience

And we must do our job, you need a product, BUY IT from one of the AAR adverts and make sure people know YOU HEARD of them on AAR

4. we need to quietly orchestrate a buyout of local media
not just a single radio station. It needs to be part of our long term plan to take back the nation.

2. Anybody watch local TV stations?
I got rid of cable in disguist over a year ago and get all my news these days over broadband off the web.

Buying TV stations is like buying Western Union or a buggy whip factory.

3. I'd start with newspapers

Especially newspapers in small to medium sized markets.

Then I'd go after radio stations.

Finally, develop some cable channels and buy some cable/satellite distrubution systems.
