Did we ever find out if Olberman is really on vacation or not?

I was here on Fri, and read all the talk about him being forced, and left in a huff...or not.

Now I just heard Mike Malloy say, I really am going on vacation, unlike Olberman, I work for a liberal radio station.

I would really hate to hear that Keith is gone! Did anyone hear what happened for sure? When will he be back?

See, many DUers are new to Olbermann's style because they just caught onto him on 11/3, but he's always like this. I love watching him. I was a Keith Olbermann fan when back when he was on SportCenter.

8. Not all vacations are in the summer....

our kids have a weeklong Fall Break in October every year, so a LOT of people around here take an October vacation in addition to their summer vacation.

but they are all back by now. It's too early for snow around here although I guess its possible. But with thanksgiving coming up, I would just think waiting a couple weeks and having an extended T- vacation would make more sense.

Here's what happened with Donahue:

He had Rosie O'Donnel on and she said flat out:
"Come on, Killing people is wrong. Haven't we learned that yet?"

That message was more than any network could handle, especially one owned by GE who gets paid by the war machine.

DOnahue was on vacation the very next day. He neve got another chance after thatt.
