having Joe Trippi on was a delight and he provided nice even handed reasons why a recount/audit is good for everyone. To paraphrase: If it confirms the election, that's a good thing, if there's smoke and fire in the voting system, knowing that is a good thing as well.

The sober-faced reporter from the Chicago Tribune added next to nothing. He was clearly in the "conspiracy theory" camp, referred to Kerry campaign statements saying they didn't expect anything to come of it.

Upon reflection, he even looked a bit scared. Wonder if it's just stage fright, or if he's under the gun to not fuel the fire...
