MORE bad news for American Workers - Labor Movement teetering
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=2026&ncid=2026&e=7&u=/latimests/20041110/ts_latimes/unionsconfrontpostelectionreality

Before election day, AFL-CIO President John J. Sweeney called the prospect of a second term for President Bush (news - web sites) "too horrible to think about." Today, he and other shellshocked labor leaders will have no choice.

Even if you are not in a union - if you are a working person, know that the demise of unions WILL reduce YOUR pay and benefits, just as surely as the flood of cheap labor from Mexico and overseas has the same effect. If you hated the last four years, don't even THINK about the next four.

2. Let the suffering begin, I guess
One local fetus fanatic I know just lost her job and she's looking for another one. She was a rabid Bush supporter (I live in a red states, so unions here are few and far between).

4. What did you expect?
The Unions can't keep throwing money at a losing party. They might as well start throwing it at certain repubs that will actually listen to them and take their message to Washington.
