Bush Family Philanthropy?
I was just wondering if anybody knew if the Bush Family engaged in any major philanthropy and if so, to whom. (Besides The Carlisle Group, Halliburton, etc.)

For some reason, I highly doubt it as they seem like the type of people who really don't give a shit whether people are in need or not. And they are not really the Arts type either. Is there a site where you can look up donors by name?

7. In the past, extremely wealthy families started foundations
as a way to avoid taxes. Now that Bush and his cabal are doing all they can to help the rich avoid any and all taxes there is less of a need for foundations and charitable giving. I have heard that giving by the very wealthy has declined in the last few years. Of course there are exceptions, like the Gates Foundation but overall giving by the very wealthy may be on the decline since they no longer have the tax "burden" they had under previous administrations.

8. And of course, it would never occur for any of them to give out
of concern for the less fortunate. They all make me sick. :grr:
