What are the penalties for election fraud?
If it could be proven that there was purposeful manipulation of election results and they could prove who the responsible party was, does anyone know what the penalty under the law is?

In other countries, it varies, but there is often much pressure from the other nations of the world.

3. It has to be FRAUD too
The voter felon lists got a weak satisfaction from Jeb, who lost the case, then pleaded it was tough to clean up the rolls without letting rel felons vote.

We need people caught and testifying to direct responsibility. BIG proof. Incontrovertible and public because of the time factor in getting the mojo to reverse the decision.

Our President is too much the coronated King of America. Our process too sacrosanct to question for the sake of justice, our parties too afraid to police their own and their own processes, scared witless to set precedents and open eyes.

You know, with a Grand Jury and AG at work, rounding up some prosepective stool pigeons would not be impossible. They overreached. the black bag, two finger coders with access to the equipment can be found, identified.

Everyone is chasing bytes and bits of paper. What about the little band of tricksters? Are they too high up? Blackwell? They need whole teams of statisticians and machinery to know HOW MUCH. They need to calculate the distracting messes and the significant others(vote suppression, intimidation, profiling, etc).

Put someone on their forked tails.

4. It depends on your party affiliation.
Edited on Tue Nov-09-04 08:26 PM by Senior citizen
If you're a Democrat, the penalties for election fraud, war crimes, insider trading, or even lying, can be quite severe.

On the other hand, if you're a Republican, there are no penalties, and anyway if there were, you'd be pardoned, so not to worry.

On edit: And if you're not affiliated with either of the corporate parties, you can be shot dead with a real bullet for just mentioning election fraud in a public place. You're a traitor, a terrorist, and people like you have no place in America, so shut up.

Oh, and since nobody else will sign, before you finish bleeding to death, can we have your name on this petition for a vote recount?
