Does New Hampshire have Optical-Scan voting machines?
If it does, great.

If not, why is Ralph Nader choosing New Hampshire to petition for a recount?

6. It some some other deviations also,
for instance, Kerry ran statistically better in rural conservative counties than in the cities.

They are only auditing the diebold scanner ballots against the reported vote.

NH also uses paper ballots (hand counted in some small precincts)

4. Yes, all votes are by optical scan
There is a paper trail, it is a small state where the count can be done quickly and it had the most deviation from exit polls that had Kerry ahead by 15 - the perfect place to start to find out if anything was funky
