we all know bush stole 2000, free and clear! He probably did this time, but we may not be able to prove anything unlike last time.
Here is my theory: What if in 2008, Bush runs for re-election again - using the premise that he wasn't really "elected" in 2000. He can be elected for 2 terms, and well, he has only been elected for one. Are they crazy enough to try it? To weasle their way to a true dictatorship?
