I still want John Kerry as my president......
He made the ultimate Holy Joe mistake, and I'm bitter about that.

But John Kerry still is my political Idol.

1. After watching "Going Upriver" I realized he was born to be President
He was a really great guy. I'm sorry he didn't make it.

5. Edwards as VP
He should have picked Clark. I am VERY BITTER about it.

It was the only thing that he did differently that I would have done......

John Kerry is my Political Idol and he still is.
He is my persona if I had one in politics.

6. I'm not sure I understand his choice of Edwards either...
Was he hoping Edwards would bring him southern states? If so, it didn't work, did it?

And what happened to Edwards late in the campaign? The guy did a good job at the debate, but then he seemed to disappear. I heard more about Cheney than I did about Edwards, although that may have been because Cheney was always saying outrageous things.

And I still don't understand why you call it a "Holy Joe" mistake. What does that mean?

8. I think it was Joe that caused the Base to not like the Dem party
and gave them reasons to go explore the Green "Let the *vikes take over" Revoltuion.

He was just like them(Moral Issues Voters) and it turned our base off.
BIG TIME.

7. Me too
The world missed its chance to really become what we all believe in, lifting people out of poverty, caring for the planet, eliminating nuclear weapons, avoiding war. It goes against every sense of harmony in me. I just don't understand it.

9. So do I
He is a great man.

Take some time out. Reflect. Regain your strength.

When you're ready, start the work again.
There's an election on the horizon.

11. Add John Kerry to the long list of men who deserved to be President,
but will never be.

Adlai Stevenson
Hubert Humphrey
George McGovern
Walter Mondale
Michael Dukakis
Albert Gore
John Kerry

The American people made a mistake Tuesday. I will die believing that.

And I think a lot of them will too.
