Well here's something I can be proud of in my red state:
City-wide, Richmond voted 70% Kerry/Edwards. In my precinct, 1065 voted K/E; 1000 voted B/C.

1. I live in Oklahoma.
I have nothing to be proud of, Brad Carson lost, the ban on gay marriage passed....ugh. I wanna run away.

2. From MO so I kinda understand
but how was Carson much different from Coburn? I mean, the only knowledge I have of him was from the one "Meet the Press" but I just wanted to slap them both silly. Although he did kinda give Dems some hope for OK.

3. I've been a total depressed mess the last two days. I'm trying to
find something to be happy about. It's tough, though. Man, this sucks ass!

4. Think of it this way
More Oklahomans voted for Kerry (504,077)
than voted for Kerry in any of these states: Delaware, Maine, Vermont,Hawaii, Rhode Island, and D.C.

Not much consolation, but we are here and we have to keep fighting.
