Just watched "Bowling for Columbine" and Moses got ridden hard in
that film. Right after that he announces he has "Altshiemers".
(?spelling?) Could that have beem a CYA move to pre-empt the bad press?

That movie was very good and filled with information. Moore does a very good job. Thank you K-Mart for not selling ammunition after that confrontation.

1. Watched it yesterday for the first time, too
Nah, he had to announce soon htat he had Alzheimer's, but this at most just sped it along. Loved the KMart sequence, wish we could get WalMart to follow along, but WalMart only does what is good for WalMart.
I liked the extra features. The various Moore rants on the flip side of the DVD. Nice package - I'm gonna buy it.

2. I watched last night ... what is Moore's position here?

6. He says (my take) Guns are the problem in this country...and the spread
of fear from the media and government.

Dick Clark lost some lustre in my eyes. Greedy old rock n roller.

8. gun control.
Now Im against gun control of any kind. I always talked about the theoretical need to repel a fascist gov. I never thought it would get so real. Besides, canada has a few guns and they dont use them on each other. At some point, the only thing stopping Bush or Jeb will be the knowledge that we are armed and patriotic enough to die protecting liberty.

10. I saw it first time last night, and so did my friend
who gave it to his son who stayed up all night to watch it.

A co-worker told me that after retirement, the family was going to buy a home in one of those gated communities in Arizona, where they would feel safe.

Can you imagine, locking yourself up from the rest of the world and calling it "retirement?" In Germany, that's when you're free to go out and mingle at long tables, eating and drinking with perfect strangers! It's a shame Americans don't have the freedom to feel safe.

12. Yea, that was a pathetic scene
The ruined most of the movies impact.

Its ironic how Moore makes a good statement on how the Media capitalizes on fear and sensationalizatism by capitalizing on fear and sensationalizatism
