A bittersweet victory for me personally
I have been working three years on my dad and my brother. My dad has long been Republican. I had them convinced, then a consultant (and my dad's friend) from Kentucky came around. I was certain he had changed their minds back.

This afternoon, my dad called. He had been meeting with a customer all day and hadn't heard the news. He asked who had won. Then, he said "Well, I did my part. I tried to help Kerry. I voted for him."
When he got back to the office, I gave him a big hug and told him thanks.

I haven't seen my brother today. But, another lady said he was saying this morning that he supported Kerry too.

That means so much to me, because I worked on them so hard. And, I sure believed the Kentucky guy had spoiled it for me. I am so proud that they did the right thing and refused to listen to the "Democrats want to take your guns away" crap.

1. Thanks for all your work
Sooner or later, Arkansas will turn blue (again).

2. Good for you!
We'll have to use these vicotries to buoy our spirits.

Each one reach one, yes?

Once the wool's pulled from their eyes, they're unlikely to go back. If they each reach one other...

In fact, it's a returned soldier here at work who is the MOST diehard dem. around, and he was a repub and bush supporter in 2000.

Those whose eyes have been opened, don't go easily back into the dark.
