What is your opinion of what a MANDATE is.......I certianly dont think it is 51-48.......or a 2.5 million point spread.

A command or an authorization given by a political electorate to its representative.

with a majority in Congress. That's a mandate. Unless the Senate libs can hold on, but I don't think they have the balls.
