If they want to fight for votes, do it before you concede. This election was stolen AGAIN and they are just walking away from it. I'm entitled to be pissed. Put me on your ignore list.
6. by conceding, they are taking the media out of the equation
for now. remember how the media attacked gore in 2000? i have to believe that it's not over yet. i have to believe that kerry will make good on his promise. wait and see...
That is a very important strategy. In 2000 so many Democrats felt like their votes didn't count. Here in 2004 we say a large turnout by people who hadn't voted before or who had that feeling that their vote would be supressed. After all the effort, all the emotion and all the turnout it did absolutely no good. He had to say that because next election we need those same people voting.
20. keep the faith, folks...the votes are still being counted
the only difference between this election and the last (besides the introduction of more vote-stealing machines), is that kerry and edwards are not putting their heads in the media's noose. it's too early to concede defeat...it doesn't make sense to concede. they aren't really conceding anything, except that the media would crucify them if they didn't concede...but the votes are still being counted. i just refuse to accept this result; i know it's not over.
