Seriously, on these issues, LET THEM RUN WITH IT!

Give them a court to overturn Roe v Wade.

Let them totally destroy ANWR, it's not like it'll change the price per gallon of gas or anything.

Nader wanted worse, give the Naderites WORSE.

7. Please....don't wish that on us folks living in those states. The voting
was corrupted in more than Ohio. But, no one wants to believe it. They want to act just like 2000 and vote on ONE STATE: Ohio...that's what Rove set up, so that efforts to lose the vote in other states would go below the radar.

2. I understand the frustration
But I don't want to see this stuff happen.

And I won't support Nader, whatever party he runs with.

If I go to a 3rd party, it'll be a REAL Green or a Socialist (or maybe Communist, they at least were sensible enough to back Kerry)

8. Hmm,
Maybe I was misinformed.

I thought the CP had supported Kerry.

If not, I apologize for getting it wrong.

5. If this stuff doesn;t happen, the GOP will only get stronger
We've been warning them, let them see the reality.

Medicare -DEAD.
Social Security - DEAD.

NO PRESCRIPTION DRUGS FROM CANADA, PAY 300% for your drugs, grandma!

Roll over and let them have what they wnat for the next year, then start fighting back.

3. Nader would sooner see this country destroyed rather than help defeat
the repukes.

It is clear to me that he was bought and paid for by the AWoL administration.

6. the masks will fall off
That's the ONE good thing about all of this: they now have a clear majority. WH, Congress, and the Supreme Court.

NOW we'll get to see what these people are really like. It's not going to be pretty, but the entire nation will shortly discover the truth.

And I will be there to turn my back on people begging me for help. My litmus test for determining if they get my help will be how they voted in this election.

Homeless * voter? Good. And I hope your kids starve in the street.

* voter with cancer? Good. Now go home and die, because I'm NOT going to help you anymore.

Need help feeding the kids and paying the bills? If you voted for *, you'll have to look elsewhere for help, because I'm just not going to give it to you.

Hey Republicans! Your problems are now.... yours. You own them, and I WILL NOT help you solve them.

I'm turning my back. I've had enough, and from now on I'm just saying fuck everyone around me and if they don't like it, well, fuck 'em. They'll deserve every last bit of angst and hurt they receive.

I'm not lifting a finger. Not a one.

9. But didn't we see the mask fall four years ago?
The "compassionate conservative" bullshit didn't last long. Their hidden agendas became crystal clear very early on. It's why Jeffords bolted, even before 9/11.

11. Sorry friend, I don't buy that logic
While I'm as pissed and depressed as you are, now is not the time for a scorched earth policy, in fact exactly the opposite, we must preserve as much as we can for the future.

And I'm sorry, but blaming this fiasco on Nader is simply, deliberately sticking one's head in the sand. Kerry didn't run a good campaign in many ways, and failed to get out the message about BBV, among other things. The fault lies squarely on the Democratic Party for this loss, and no amount of scapegoating will change that fact. Many people took that tactic in '00, blaming anything and everything except for the two groups who were ultimately responsible, the Supremem 5 for the selection, and the Dems for running a shitty campaign for Gore. We ignored the many problems that '00 exposed in the Democratic party, and it bit us in the ass both in '02 and this year. Let us not make the same mistake again, otherwise we will lose in '06 and '08.
