Will the next terrorist attack occur before or after the inauguration?

I think it is more a question of when, not if, another terrorist attack will occur. I have no confidence that this administration has done anything to make us safer. I just wonder when if people will still rally around Bush if he lets another attack occur on American soil under his watch.
