Here's my tin foil hat prediction- about one to two years into Chimp Redux, Cheney will either take ill, die or step down. Jeb will be selected as VP and the all Repulican Senate will confirm him. He will then run in 2008 with the advantage of incumbancy and free protection, transportation etc.
