8. That is not how they work

Their major focus will be making sure they have no paper trails, to avoid prosecution. They will also make sure the money trail is clean. They will have junior staff make some messes and problems for Kerry to distract him. Kerry will be overwhelmed and dismayed by what he finds. Kerry has many friends and colleagues in govt, thank god.
He will need them all to deal with all that will be on his plate.
