3. Many people who liked Bush 41
can't stand shrub. His daddy was big on internationalism and practical solutions to problems. He wasn't an idealogue. I personally didn't care for him, but he looks like FDR next to his son.

7. Actually, BB King is a longtime republican...
has been since the days of the old line racist southern Democrats. Apparently, he has been too busy to notice that the parties switched sides forty years ago.

(Can't remember for sure which one).

I can't remember being much more furious than I was seeing him play in front of all those people, many of whom, whatever public face they display, have racist feelings very close to the surface.
