Judge Orders Heinz Lawsuit Records Unsealed BY MONDAY
Could this be it?

NORRISTOWN, Pa. -- A judge on Friday ordered the unsealing of court records in a 1994 lawsuit by Teresa Heinz Kerry and her sons in the airplane crash that killed her first husband, U.S. Sen. H. John Heinz III.

The judge ruled that nearly all documents related to the case should be made public by Monday. Some records involving confidential materials, probably including details of the multimillionaire ketchup heir's holdings, would remain sealed.

Philadelphia Newspapers Inc., publisher of The Philadelphia Inquirer and the Daily News, petitioned to have the records unsealed, arguing that Heinz Kerry could become first lady and the records might contain information in which the public might have an interest.

Heinz, 52, and six others, including two children playing in a Montgomery County schoolyard below, were killed when a helicopter collided with an airplane carrying the senator in 1991. Teresa Heinz Kerry and her three sons filed the wrongful death lawsuit in 1994. In 1995, Heinz Kerry married Sen. John Kerry, now the Democratic nominee for president.

2. It won't be open before election day.
Attorneys for the Heinz family and estate appealed, and the state Supreme Court granted Heinz Kerry's attorneys a stay that would keep the file closed until the court can review their appeal, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

4. And they think they'll find what?
This is obscene.

Think maybe they're hoping Teresa was screaming it was all a Dem plot to kill her husband?

9. Fine
Let's also open up Laura Bush's murder case by Monday, because it could contain information that might interest the public. Like the fact that Laura murdered her boyfriend.

10. Pathetic
I suggest we open Laura Bush's manslaughter record and her record as told by Kitty Kelly as a drug dealer while in college.

I suggest we bring up the charges against the two dopey twins when they flaunted the law and drank before legally permissable and the one where the Barbara altered her driver license in order to get to drink in a public place.

This is nothing but pure desperation and pure attempt to slur and slime Teresa Kerry. Everything they have tried so far has not touched her. The Heinz ketchup charges, the attempts to slur her on her tax returns, and who know what else they will charge her with--adultery no doubt. These people are the scum of the earth--they wallow in slime. They are indeed, pigs, all of them.
