I don't know if it will work, and you might be right, they might not try, but if they do challenge a Kerry Win, this will be the grounds.

3. Right there is already talk of "illegally casted votes"

The repubs will simply charge that there was voter fraud on a massive scale in several states. They have already set their plan in motion.

4. Turnout
I am always amazed at how few people vote. There is no excuse for not voting. I cast my first vote in 1968 and I was so excited to have that opportunity. I have never missed an election. I even plan vacations so that I will be here on election day. Considering the vote is one of our most important rights, it is sickening that anyone would make an excuse not to vote.
