Speculation on Bush's 04 Campaign ...
Someone on another thread ... hats off to you although I did not note your name (you know who you are) mentioned that the word that we need to hammer Bush with again and again is FAIL.

His FAILED economics.

His FAILED effort to catch Bin Laden.

His FAILED policies to protect the US pre-9/11.

His FAILED war inIraq.

FAIL, FAIL, FAIL, FAIL. Everywhere he has failed.

So what is he going to propose to do for Act 2?

More tax cuts?

More war?

More deficits?

What will this asshole propose this time?

1. Good Point
I like that "George Bush has failed to create a single job. George Bush has failed to find Bin-Ladden. George Bush has failed to protect the environment. George Bush has failed to protect public education. George Bush has failed to balance the budget. George Bush is a failure."

Has a nice ring to it.

2. On the other hand, really, how can we blame the poor fella
for confirming absolutely, what we thought about him before. We knew he was a failure before he got selected. The only surprise about the whole thing to me is I had no idea it would be THIS bad, and I'm amazed at the blitzkrieg-like speed in f***ing everything up.

3. yes, it's true to character...
He failed in business.
He failed the drug test (by default).
He failed to show up.
He failed in school. (Gentleman's C is another word for flunked, but was given a social promotion.)
He failed the sobriety test.

Et cetera...

7. But what we need are pictures...
because we know the media and people don't like numbers and they don't like to read.

For each of *'s failure, we design a picture. And then we put the picture everywhere, and don't explain them. We roll out 1 picture a week until the primaries. On t-shirts, posters, walls, billboards, the internet and the media. (I know this isn't original but it has caught my eye in the past).

First, Pie Chart of * Tax Cuts (we make it look like a pie so we at least get some attention). The huge percentage will go to the richest people which will demonstrate clearly who benefits. It will be shaped like a pie chart but with more like the feel of Maria Callendars (pie vendor in So Cal, for example).

Then another and then another.

After the primaries start, we give each piece a name that explains what you are seeing.

Each week we get to design a new statistic or issue as a piece of art or a drawing.

4. I'm interested in speculating
what exactly he's going to spend his 200 million on. Sure, he will spend most of it on TV spots, but what are these commercials going to focus on? 9/11? All he did on 9/11 is flee like a coward, help his Saudi friends get out of the country and lie about the EPA report. Iraq? A majority of Americans now agree that Iraq is a disaster. Everything he put his hands on is a disaster and there's not really anything substantial he can focus on, just stupid photo ops. Good news for us.

I think his ads are going to be laughable. Especially the ones where he's shaking hands with the 'common man' which everyone knows hasn't happened in at least 3 years.

5. That $200 million is a sop to the CNNNBCABC...
media to continue the pro-* propaganda. That is the only way that the real news can be suppressed and * re-selected. Without this money, the media may accidentally report the truth.

Faux doesn't need any money (although they will get most of it) since they are already just propaganda.

6. he won't be the nominee.
In a month or two, when ALL the dems are beating him in face to face match-ups, his handlers will decide they need to run somebody else.

For all the reasons you mentioned.

And because the republicans in the house and senate don't want to become the minortiy party again.
