With OBL in play, Dems must play 'CIA report' card
Now that the GOP and our "impartial media" want to spin the OBL tape as a positive for the Bush campaign, Democrats MUST remind the public that the Bush regime is still covering up their incompetence over 3 years later. Not only is OBL presumably still out there, presenting a danger to American people, but the tape connects a lot of stories.

The CIA is hiding their investigation results, meaning that the report that assigns direct blame is most likely not being acted upon. The very same people who failed to protect the WTC and Pentagon on 9/11 are the ones the Bush regime is trusting to protect us with OBL still at large.

Add to that:

Al Qaqaa, Al Tawaitha and many other weapons/nuke/research facilities have been looted due to irresponsibly low troop numbers and no indication of any priority given to guarding these sensitive sites. Soldiers were not informed of the importance of these facilities nor given orders to protect their contents; even the soldier who reported destroying weapons has no idea what they destroyed since the leadership evidently didn't care.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Combine all the evidence of negligence and war profiteering and superimpose it over the looming spectre of OBL. Then add the obvious unwillingness of Bush et al to accept and learn from the painful lessons of 9/11.

If the Democrats can link these successfully in the minds of Americans, it is all over but the GOP crying.
