Okay, I know I'm behind everyone else here on DU, but it did not show in the rethug town that I live in. I had to wait for the DVD. Let me say, that it was money well spent! Michael Moore is an incredible film maker. F9/11 is a powerful film and exposes the Bush regime for the corrupt bunch of crooks that it is. Everyone should see this movie. Kerry would win in a landslide!

1. Glad you finally got to see it!
It was moving, wasn't it. I was especially moved by the scene where the US soldiers were doing a raid late at night & there were no lights in the house they were raiding. NONE! The raid was carried out with flashlights -- those of the soldiers. It really brought home how incredibly fortunate we are & also how complacent & arrogant we've become. (That's a generic 'we', not personal.)

Where do you live? What's the ratio of Kerry signs to * signs in your area? Have you voted yet?

2. Ridgecrest LA
Which is close to Natchez, MS. It's very conservative here. I've seen a few Pro Kerry stickers and lots of * stickers. No, I haven't voted yet, but will be there Tuesday as soon as I get off work!

As for the film, it was very moving, esp the part with Lila Lipscomb and her family reading that letter from her son and the images of the wounded and dead civilians and soldiers. Very sad. Yes, the U.S has become very arrogant, and I would like to see Kerry in office so that we can once again have the respect of the rest of the world.
