Will desperate people (neocons) do desperate things?

My personal belief is that the Bushies are starting to see the hand-writing on the wall - this election is lost to them. That said, and knowing that they almost certainly know of all of the criminal investigations lurking in the wings (treason included), what do you think they will do? Since I believe in MIHOP, I believe that Cheney must have some sort of contingency plan in hand, including but not limited to some last minute terrorist attack. Yes, I know this is paranoid, however, so is it to think that our government was behind 9-11. Anyway, what's your take?

entirely out of the question. They did it before, and they're even more desperate this time. I really do think these people are evil.

I wouldn't put anything past these evil, evil people. They've wanted complete power in this country for a very long time and they're not going to give it up easily. I would expect some hideous act on their part, it's their nature.
