I LOVE voting on election day. I voted early one time (and unfortunately it was the very first Presidential election I was old enough to vote in) and it was so anticlimactic. There's just something really cool about voting on Nov 2nd, getting the sticker and wearing while discovering later that evening who the next POTUS will be.

and my two wonderful daughters voted for Kerry in Texas today. I was dreading it (a little) but it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The people in charge were thorough but very nice and helpful. No fancy new equipment...just good old fashioned ballot cards. We checked to make sure there were no hanging chads and that the right numbers had been punched. Anyway three more votes for Kerry from Texas.
