Each time an American or civilian in Iraq dies or is injured in an explosion, one has to wonder how much of that explosive came from the 380 tons that were stolen.

Remember a small amount of that explosive makes for a big explosion. We've already had several reports of IED's going off today. We lost another one of our own soldiers, an Estonian, and dozens injured by roadside bombs. How much of that high explosive was used ?

Also remember that the material in question is easily portable. How much of that stolen explosive was used in Madrid on 3/11/04 ? How much of that stolen explosive was used to bring down Russian jets and blow up a gymnasium full of children in Beslan ? How much of the explosive is finding it's way into Israel and suicide bombers ?
