Flu is in Manhattan.
UPN Channel 9 is reporting that people in an East Harlem nursing home have about 7 cases of the flu.

sporadic outbreaks here in Texas too.

3. Anyone hear George's new stuff?
Nothing matters except our security?

So, since no one can ever be completely secure, George is free to do nothing for as long as he's in office.

2. You know what shocked me? A week or so ago, on a new report
They recommended that people take Oscilliconnum (sp?) - it's a homeopathic remedy! I think it was part of the gov't recommendation. Anyone else see this?

4. that stuff works too. its a homeopathic and partly iirc, made
of duck liver. im into alternative medicine and would recommend this at the very beginning of coming down with flu. its tough for any remedy when its taken after the thing has grabbed hold. but its also good to make sure to know if youve got a cold or flu before taking any remedy.

there are all kinds of worthwhile alternatives to pharmaceuticals when it comes to colds etc . elderberry, echinacea, goldenseal, garlic, green tea, zinc, vitamin c are great basics for fighting off or getting rid of colds

but dont let these bugs grab a hold then of course its an uphill battle. and for those in risk groups especially
