If so, have they sent it yet?

This happened to me with one of the Harry Potter books. It was pre-ordered, I'd received an email telling me when to expect it but the "shipping soon" never changed. Turns out my order was one of about 3% that had been lost with a SW crash.

I think I originally emailed them but did end up talking with someone over the phone...
