Happened yesterday, in the civil case of Morgan Pillsbury v. John Fund. Fund was arrested in early 2002 on charges of beating Pillsbury in her NYC apartment not long after they had broken up (see http://www.americanpolitics.com/20020223Fund.html).

2. I never heard of this until now

I was watching (briefly I might add) him on C-Span recently promoting his nitwit book on election theft with a rightwing slant of course. Apparently this is the young women he beat up. What's with these repukes they try to carry themselves as tough guys and they are the biggest cowards walking?

This is from Eric Alterman. I don't know the particulars of this case, but maybe it would be better to have some evidence?
