In a major policy speech, Mr.Bush announced today that from
now on all taxes will be paid to Halliburton Co. which will take over all functions of the federal government. In coming to this decision, Mr.Bush said" It has been apparent to me that Halliburton is conducting the war on Iraq, building our bases there, hiring our interrogators, running the prisons around the world, providing all logistic support and many other functions. This has convinced me that Halliburton can deliver a bigger bang for our buck than we in the government can. This change in our policy will also silence my critics who say Halliburton is getting no bid contracts.Once Halliburton becomes THE GOVERNMENT there will be no such possibility. Halliburton will collect all taxes and will be responsible for all the spending. All accounting will be provided by Andersen, Inc. which will be brought back to life after being unfairly put out of business by overzealous corruption fighters. Those who get away with avoiding taxes ( especially those in the income range $30-60K) should remember
the words Abu Ghraib and who runs that prison.

I am really proud of this act because it confirms for me what a great country America is.Where a President is willing to dismantle his government for the sake of Free Enterprise. In that same spirit, I am also announcing today, that I have accepted a seat on the Board of Halliburton in addition to my position as President. After all this act makes clear there is no distinction between the two.Except that I,
like the other Directors of Halliburton would be entitled to stock options, bonuses and other perks not available to me as an ordinary President. You can say that I have finally tasted Freedom like Dick Cheney and found it full of promise.
