I thought I heard on the news this morning that her atty quit but I didn't catch a reason. God I pray that O'Liely and FAUX get their due out of this thing.
Also, with the breaking up of the Franken AAR stream today, I wasn't able to hear if he addressed the lawsuit. Seems Franken would be all over this... or is he keeping a low profile because of the comments Bill made about people showing up at his door one day?

He said that if the charges are correct he feels very sorry for O'Liely's wife and daughter but if it's false shame on Mackris. He then only said that we will have to let the facts come out before making more comments. - Very cool and very adult of him.
.. he's looking a litle rattled. Doesn't seem like his usual jerk self. He made sure he thanked the "thousands" who wrote in their support. I think he knows he's screwed. I think going forward, he's gonna try to work his viewers for sympathy.
After reading the court documents, I can't believe that Mackris made this stuff up. I hope she has some tapes to back up her claims!
