after Max Cleland was defeated. Yes, I blame the state as a whole. Only 38% of voters turned out to vote in 2002 (in which 51% + were the "rural, right wing, redneck, chickenhawk, klan crowd"), effectivly giving the Republicans the Governorship for the first time in 130 years and they defeated Max Cleland by questioning his patriotism.
