The really sad thing about Iraq
Iraq has about $4 tillion worth of oil and natural gas and a population of about 25 million. That about $160,000 for every man woman and child. Leveraged properly, these natural resources could be used to turn Iraq's economy into a first rate western style economy in 20 to 30 years. Instead, the wealth of this nation will be plundered and the Iraqi standard of living will never return to its pre Gulf War I state.
