The first one to happen will be the New England Democrat - I'm pretty sure I even know the NE Democrat's name: Howard Dean.

The last will be hell freezing over, because hell doesn't exist.

Smirk's completing his National Guard Service will never happen, at least not before Shrub dies, so it's second last because it's at least theoretically possible.

Jeb's act of charity might happen, if only because the law forces him to or because that's the only possible way for him to convince the people to vote against him in small enoguh a margin so that he'll be able to steal the election.

Pakistan's helping the USA will happen if and only if Pakistan becomes a secular democracy, which will happen only in a long time if at all, but still before Jeb's act.
