.. they were just playing piano and fiddle with Mark Luther and son and singing "this land is your land" w/ the audience. Funny thing is, Al just said it seems kind'a Prairie Home Companion-ish today!

One always learns something new when listening to Thom Hartmann. Thom has a wealth of knowledge stuffed in his head about the history of both US and World politics.

6. That's okay, I realize most listeners are listening to Franken
and assumed by your question Franken was doing something Lake Woebegon like. Just wanted to highlight there was a very good alternative show available which a few of us really prefer.

8. To defend Franken - his friend Mark is very involved in music.
Especially one of the string instruments - fiddle? I think singing and playing that song is a heck of a lot better than talking abour Rush.
