My fellow Americans,
Tonight I am announcing that our God-given mission to liberate the people of Iraq has finally realized its ultimate objective: we are now giving the U.N. the opportunity to join us in protecting the newly-freed Iraqis from those few remaining remnants of Saddam's terrorists. This has been our plan and what we have fought for all along.
Although the U.N. previously abdicated its role in ridding the world of the Saddam monster, we along with the Coalition of the Willing disarmed and defeated the madman. In so doing we have excised the threat this demon had to world peace with his weapons of mass destruction. Through the heroic, unrelenting efforts of David Kay, I am announcing tonight that WMD has been found in Lebanon and Syria. We always knew that Hans Blix and his crew would never find WMD on their own, despite their sincere, but misguided efforts. It was only through the bravery and sacrifice of our fabulous troops in fighting this just, yes, holy war that this victory could have been achieved.
In closing, let us now declare victory, not just for ourselves, but for the people of the world and especially for the liberated Iraqis, as the U.N. peacekeeping forces assume their rightful role. We shall continue the rebuilding efforts through the magnificent efforts of Halliburton, Bechtel, Dynergy and other world-class corporations. These New World patriots of the 21st century are motivated by nothing more than the desire to help the Iraqi people get back on their feet and enjoy the same freedoms we have at home.
So it is with much pride that I hereby declare the Bush doctrine of pre-emptive war a complete success. It is now an accepted, proven model for engaging those terrorist evildoers who hate us for our freedoms in the unending battles which await us.
Chaos is Stability.
War Is Peace.
Diebold is Democracy.
